Most companies do not have a technology problem. They have an execution problem.
They invest in AI, data, platforms, and transformation, yet still struggle to align decisions, delivery, and governance. Architecture becomes documentation. Governance becomes ceremony. Innovation creates more motion than value.
I work on that shift, making architecture a practical control system for change.
I am William El Kaim, an Enterprise Architect and transformation leader with more than 25+ years of experience helping organizations design, govern, and evolve complex information systems. I hold a PhD in Computer Science Engineering from Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, and am fluent in French and English. Across my career, I have led architecture functions, defined governance models, built IT master plans, modernized application portfolios, launched digital factories, and created and animated broad communities of architects.
